To improve continuously, we inspect our services against our quality targets and share data with international quality control programmes. To ensure our professional staff understands and applies our quality policy, principles and procedures in full, they are briefed with the required information on an ongoing basis. In the unlikely occurrence of an issue, it is recorded, tracked and improvement measures are taken swiftly.
